Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our CRM system. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Transcribe, type, and verify data from source documents
- Collect and enter data into databases or spreadsheets
- Create and update records with new information
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort, organize, and file documents after entering data
- Assist with order entry tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or data entry role
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data collection processes and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
